- $45 per student athlete competitor. All athletes must be AAU members to participate in GTS events and tournaments. Please make sure you have a Current AAU membership, as it is required for GTS tournament registrations. You can check your membership number or become an AAU member at aautaekwondo.org
Event Day Admission
- $15 per coach (Coaches with 15+ registered students are free)
- $5 per spectator
- Free: Children under 5 years old
To compete, you must be a current AAU member. Be sure to choose an experience level for each student when registering for the competition. You will see this drop-down when you check out to purchase your event tickets. Coaches should advise parents and students on their levels. AAU Membership number is required to participate.
0-Never competed before or just started TKD. Not very coherent or has a hard time turning foot on floor for roundhouse or just started Taekwondo.
1-Never competed, must have many reps to understand technique. Can deliver a proper technique on a paddle or shield, but has a hard time delivering proper technique when sparring against another opponent due to adrenaline and inexperience. More coherent to instruction.
2-Has completed in one tournament for recreation. Has competed in one tournament before for recreation. Can deliver a back leg roundhouse or spinning technique and coherent to teaching and coaching.
3-Competed more than once a year for recreation. Competed more than once a year for recreation. Can deliver regular and spinning technique with precision and control. Coherent and responsive to the coach while in the ring with an opponent they do not know.
S-Special Needs. This division will be on level of disability.
